All puppies are sold with spay/neuter contracts, we DO NOT sell breeding dogs, only companion/pet dogs.

    All puppies are sold as companion animals only and must be spayed/neutered. They all come with a written health guarantee, Veterinarian Health certfiicate, first vaccinations and de-worming, and full puppy kit.

A two hundred fifty dollar  (non-refundable, cash/money order only) deposit will hold your puppy for you, cash/ money order of the balance is expected on day of pickup.

Regrettfully after 20 + years of accepting personal checks for puppies with no problems, we ran into too many issues with them and have had to change our payment policy.

We appreciate your understanding in having to make this decision.

A $250.00(non-refundable) deposit will hold your puppy for you, and that puppy will not be shown to other prospective buyers.

If you are not sure a cocker or cock-a-poo is what you want, please research the breed and contact us when you are sure you want a cocker or cock-a-poo.

If you make an appointment to come and see a puppy and cannot make it, change your mind or buy from someone else, PLEASE! have the courtsey to call us and cancel your appointment. No explanation is neccessary, but I do have other things to take care of instead of waiting all day for a No Show!
